Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Director to join our team in Wall Township, New Jersey. In this role, you will be at the helm of our technology strategy and daily IT operations, aligning our technological initiatives with business objectives and ensuring smooth system performance. You will also be tasked with leading our IT team and collaborating with senior leadership to develop solutions that enhance productivity, security, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure, including cybersecurity measures and data integrity.
• Manage vendor relationships to acquire necessary IT services.
• Ensure high availability and security of IT systems, establishing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
• Provide high-level support for critical incidents to minimize downtime.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion, collaborating with other departments to ensure delivery within budget and on time.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect data, networks, and backup systems.
• Keep abreast of compliance regulations and implement measures to meet industry standards.
• Manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their impact on the organization.
• Use your skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Contracts, Deployments, and Deskside Support to accomplish your tasks.• Proven experience in a similar role, such as IT Director, is essential
• Mastery of Cisco Technologies is required
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is vital
• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is important
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is crucial
• Expertise in Backup Technologies is needed
• Ability to handle Computer Hardware is essential
• Experience in managing Contracts is required
• Proficiency in managing Deployments is crucial
• Experience in Deskside Support is important
• Strong leadership skills for team management
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for IT department
• Knowledge of data analysis and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
