Executive Assistant

LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the VP of HR and CEO. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of HR and CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per year
