HR Generalist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEstablished manufacturing facility located in  in Chino, CA is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team .

The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of HR practices, payroll processing, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This role involves assisting and coordinating various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate and timely weekly payroll processing.

HR Generalist Temp- Chino

Duration:  60-90 days
Pay Range: $32-35/hr.

Duties
- Conduct recruiting activities including sourcing and screening candidates
- Process new hire and termination documentation
- Process weekly payroll
- Manage benefit programs
- Assist management in developing and enforcing company policies
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update employee handbook and policies
- Ensure compliance with employment and OSHA laws and regulations
- Workers' Compensation reporting and claim administration
- Manage Safety program
- Manage insurance policies

Skills
- Proficient in talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
- Knowledge of performance management best practices
- Understanding of employment laws and OSHA regulations
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a must
