We are in the process of expanding our team with the addition of a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in Brewster MA. This role primarily involves the meticulous organization and processing of data, with a focus on maintaining exact records


Responsibilities:

• Execute heavy data entry tasks and file organization

• Utilize ERP system to eradicate duplicate files

• Apply knowledge of municipal laws and wetland protection measures in data processing if applicable

• Employ technical skills for effective file management

• Use CRM, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions to streamline data entry processes

• Handle inbound calls in a detail oriented manner, providing excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
• Experience with Epic Software to streamline and automate data entry processes.
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions for efficient business process management.
• Capability to answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Understanding of municipal laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Knowledge of municipalities and their specific requirements for data management.
• Proven experience in data entry, demonstrating speed and accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
