Wire Harness Assembler

Join our dynamic aerospace team and be a key player in crafting top-quality aircraft components. With decades of experience in the industry, we are dedicated to producing exceptional STOL aircraft and are expanding our talented team. We are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler who will be essential in manufacturing and assembling wire harnesses for our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure and cut wires.
  • Select wires according to specified color, marking, or length.
  • Route wires between guide pegs on a harness board.
  • Follow color-coded lines or sequential numbers on diagrams.
  • Attach wire ends to components, plugs, or terminal strips using a soldering iron or calibrated crimping device.
  • Apply heat shrink with a heat gun.
  • Test wiring continuity using a continuity tester.
  • Enter production data into timekeeping and software systems.

Shift

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
