As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will work closely with our investment, real estate, and private equity teams to identify, evaluate, and execute potential real estate investment opportunities.

Job Details



Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough market research and due diligence for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and market assessments.
2. Assisting in the underwriting and valuation of potential acquisitions, including creating financial models and cash flow projections.
3. Working closely with lenders to secure financing for acquisitions.
4. Coordinating with internal and external parties during the due diligence and closing processes.
5. Supporting the team in the execution of M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives.
6. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the real estate portfolio, including regular updates to senior management and investors.
7. Contributing to the development and implementation of investment strategies and portfolio management practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, including experience with REITs.
4. Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and lending practices is a plus.
