CT Technologist - Shreveport, LA

  • Location: Shreveport, Louisiana

  • Position Overview:
    A 13-week contract role for a CT Technologist specializing in a range of procedures, including general, cardiac, transplant, CTA, biopsies, and drains. This role requires experience with invasive procedures and offers the opportunity to work with advanced CT technology.

  • Requirements:

    • Certifications: ARRT, Louisiana state license (LSRTBE), BLS preferred
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 2 years preferred; accepts first-time travelers (1-year separation required for former perm staff)
    • Skills: Proficiency with listed patient types and invasive experience

  • Additional Details:

    • Contract Length: 13 weeks
    • Scheduling: Alternating 4 days one week, 3 days the next; weekend rotation every other week
    • Time Off: Up to 7 days of time off allowed (one weekend max per contract); extensions required for full-week RTO
    • Holiday and Call Expectations: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays and take 4 call shifts (12-hour) monthly
