As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with various responsibilities centered around administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately handle requests for manifests, ensuring they are printed and distributed to customers via UPS.
• Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Utilize various software such as Microsoft Office and Printer/Scanner applications to perform job duties effectively.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning and printing, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Use communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant role or similar administrative position
• Familiarity with CRM and About Time software
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
