Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Compass ABA, you will:

  • Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Provide Parent Training and Family Support
  • Conduct thorough Assessments
  • Develop and implement Treatment Plans
  • Participate in regular consultations with the Clinical Director
  • Engage in monthly professional development meetings with the CEO
  • Attend trainings and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) events
  • Establish and implement Training Curricula
  • Facilitate Continuing Education/Training sessions
  • Represent Compass ABA at Trade Shows and Conferences

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • In-depth knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A background in supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
  • A commitment to delivering top-quality services
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the field
