Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Technician with expertise in X-ray techniques, NADCAP certification, and Fluorescent Penetrant (FP) Level II or III qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprint reading and the ability to perform complex testing to ensure product integrity and quality in alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents to understand testing requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct X-ray inspections to assess the internal structure and integrity of parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with industry and customer specifications.
  • Perform Fluorescent Penetrant (FP) testing at Level II or Level III, including pre- and post-processing inspections, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Ensure all testing procedures comply with NADCAP standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Document and report test results accurately, detailing any identified defects and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to communicate findings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment as per regulatory and safety standards.
