We are offering an opportunity for a Project Assistant in Delray Beach, Florida. This role will primarily involve coordinating various project tasks within the construction industry with a strong emphasis on customer service and Salesforce administration.


Responsibilities:

• Effectively navigate through Salesforce to manage project timelines and tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, facilitating the procurement of necessary materials such as asphalt from plants

• Coordinate with team members to ensure readiness for project execution, including setting up cones and ensuring flaggers are prepared

• Maintain organized files and records of project activities and customer information

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to assist in project coordination and communication

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

• Assist in shipping functions as needed

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure all project updates are communicated to the foreman in a timely manner

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the project.

• Proven experience in Customer Service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to Manage Timelines effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent organizational skills, particularly in Organizing Files, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of information
• Experience in Scanning documents, ensuring clear and accurate digital copies
• Familiarity with Shipping Functions, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery
• Experience in Salesforce Administration, managing and customizing the platform to meet project needs
• Prior experience in a similar role as a Project Assistant is desirable but not mandatory.
