Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll lead sales and growth for our client in the Lakewood, NJ area. You’ll drive new business, build strong client relationships, and manage a portfolio of key accounts. The role demands industry knowledge, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to execute and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to hit sales goals, pursue new business, and manage key customer accounts.
- Build lasting relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and contractors. Provide expert advice, product recommendations, and post-sale support.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage lead pipelines, negotiate deals, and deliver tailored proposals.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless sales and service execution.
- Frequent travel within the region to meet clients, attend events, and manage territory.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales, with 3+ years in commercial restaurant equipment or foodservice.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients in the restaurant or hospitality sectors.
