We are seeking a proactive and organized General Administrative Assistant for our client, this is a Contract to Hire position. 

Job Description:
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks while assisting with accounts receivable functions. Your expertise in QuickBooks Online will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth office operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Online.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Support additional clerical duties as needed.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Some knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with general accounting principles.
