Our multi-generational family owned and operated business is growing and seeking to add a Service Manager to lead our service team.



No two days are ever the same, but most days as a Service Manager will include the following responsibilities:

·        Oversee all operations of the Service Department, focusing on systems, teamwork, and efficiency

·        Team Leadership: Setting and following up on goals with your team

·        Assisting in the field as needed with task completion and ensuring all standards and safety measures are met

·        Recruit, hire, and train your team

·        Build, deliver, and follow-up on service contracts to new and existing clients

·        Maintain excellence in all aspects of customer, vendor, and internal communications and relations




You’re a good fit for us if you are a Service Manager with:

·        10+ years’ experience in commercial/ industrial facilities service

·        5+ years' experience as a team leader

·        Strong proficiency with Service Titan

·        A coaching approach to train and motivate your team to be their best

·        Outgoing, charismatic temperament; proactive, not reactive

Service Manager Benefits:

·        Base salary: $100k+ BOE with bonus
