Job DescriptionJob Description

We are in search of a Technical Writer for a Phoenix based client's Energy division that operates in the climate control and energy efficiency solutions space. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and presents the chance to contribute to comprehensive building modernization and energy efficiency projects. The appointed individual will join our Sales Support team, aiding in the progression of a prospective customer from initial engagement through to project contract.


This is a Hybrid opportunity, that will require being onsite Mondays and Wednesdays, and additionally as needed.


Responsibilities:


• Collaboratively develop RFQ/P responses alongside the Team Lead

• Generate project presentations and proposals

• Uphold an updated understanding of our products, services, manufacturers, and customers

• Keep abreast with the Performance Contracting Industry

• Liaise with various departments to gather input and work with the Marketing Manager to enhance overall branding

• Maintain a database of project templates and proposal elements

• Apply your Adobe Photoshop skills for creative writing and detailed messages

• Perform document reviews with a keen attention to detail

• Use Adobe Marketing for promotional and branding purposes

• Manage time effectively to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Marketing
• Exceptional creative writing skills
• Ability to craft detailed and clear messages
• Experience in document review and editing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with technical terminologies and concepts
• Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
