Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to play a pivotal role in launching and managing a new medical device incubator program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, physicians, and marketing experts, to nurture innovative ideas from concept to patient. Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or innovation setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the program, including:

Project Management: Overseeing day-to-day project activities, developing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of our annual conference and bootcamp, including logistics, speaker coordination, and attendee management.

Sales and Marketing: Assisting with sales efforts, contract management, and the development of marketing materials to promote the program.

Digital Platform Development: Collaborating with our team to develop and maintain a robust digital platform to support the Innovation Nexus community.

Strategic Initiatives: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to advance the program's goals.
