Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing our location's facilities and ensuring optimal operation. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining the professional environment of the workplace, and addressing any facility-related issues in a timely manner. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, including walking floors and inspecting for issues
• Managing the setup and turnover of conference rooms efficiently
• Overseeing customer service-related tasks and maintaining a customer service-minded attitude
• Assisting with troubleshooting of AV support and printer issues
• Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor, capable of interacting well with executives and visitors
• Taking the initiative in managing tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the facility
• Assisting in maintaining the kitchen area, including restocking as necessary
• Occasionally covering front desk duties
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Communication skills as required
• Managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience.• Candidate must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Banner Ads is required
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is essential
• Must demonstrate competence in Concur
• Proficiency in CRM is necessary
• Experience with About Time is required
• Must have skills in Answering Inbound Calls
• Demonstrated knowledge of Budget Processes is essential
• Must be adept at Calendar Management
• Strong Communication skills are necessary
