Executive Assistant Consultant
Join one of Maryland’s most established and renowned hospital systems. We are hiring an Executive Assistant who has excellent Executive Level assistance experience within various administrative functions to support their Chief of Human Resources Officer. By joining this organization, one will gain the opportunity to get their foot in the door with a major hospital and make a high impact during their consulting.
Position: Executive Assistant Consultant
Work Model: 3-4 Month Contract (Possibility of extension or permanent conversion)
Pay Rate: $30-50/HR *This highly depends on experience*
Location: Annapolis, MD (Onsite 5x a week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent experience.
- 5-8+ years of in-office or administrative support work with an increasingly high level of responsibility (C-level experience)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines; anticipate, recognize, analyze, and resolve situations requiring a decision and ensure the execution of the decision.
- Must have the ability to work independently, under pressure and demonstrate proper professional judgment.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Organizes, coordinates, and schedules appointments and meetings with medical center personnel, members of the medical staff, other healthcare professionals, outside consultants, sales representatives, and other business professionals.
- Provides executive assistance and manages all office functions including retention of all documents, supply inventory, billing, and invoices.
- Analyzes, sorts, composes, and maintains statistical information for preparation of all reports. Communicates as appropriate with various departments to compile data for reports.
- Coordinates all correspondence for the Vice President's office and all associated areas, including processing incoming mail and responding to routine correspondence according to established procedures; screens visitors and telephone calls; aids with routine requests and inquiries, and refers as appropriate.
- Prepares, assembles, reviews, and assures distribution of information appropriately and as required for the preparation and follow-up of meetings or forums.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.08
