We are seeking an experienced plant maintenance technician with diverse experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, PLCs, and conveyor systems. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical issues, including 240v and 480v motor changes and wiring.
  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and conveyor systems.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Expertise in mechanical and preventive maintenance.
  • Capability in electrical troubleshooting (240v, 480v motor changes, wiring, etc.).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of conveyor maintenance.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance from food/beverage production.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Why Work Here?

Safety is a top priority. Employees will accrue overtime pay if working more than 8 hours in a day, regardless of total hours worked for the week. Days worked on non-scheduled days and all Sundays will be paid at double time. Additionally, employees may receive quarterly and yearly bonuses based on the company's performance goals.

Work Environment

The work environment is a cold food manufacturing facility maintained at 40 degrees. The facility offers great break areas and long-term benefits, fostering a very safety-oriented culture. Employees work 6 days on and 2 days off, with double time pay for every Sunday worked and 1.5x pay for time worked over 8 hours on each shift. Shifts are approximately as follows: 1st shift – 4 am to 2:30 pm, 2nd shift – 2 pm to 10:30 pm, and 3rd shift – 11 pm to 7:30 am.
