Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, or stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
Document Preparation: Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings, events, and business functions.
Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, board meetings, conferences, and other key business activities.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations to maintain a productive and organized work environment.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Professionalism: Ability to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
