Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Arbor, CA area for the 2024-2025 School Year. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide behavior plans and case management services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an educational setting.

Position: BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
Caseload: Case Management for ASD Population
Location: Arbor, CA
Pay Rate: $60 - $70 per hour (based on experience)
School Year: 2024-2025

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with ASD using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral patterns, triggers, and causes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent behavior management strategies are applied.
  • Provide training and support to paraprofessionals, teachers, and staff on implementing behavior plans and ABA strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans based on data and observations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of behavior plans, assessments, progress reports, and communication with families and staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development and success.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with students with ASD, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, including FBAs, BIPs, and ABA interventions.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of educators and parents to implement behavior strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
