Responsibilities for Licensed Insurance Agent jobs include:

· Utilize product scripts effectively during calls and provide exceptional customer service as a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Accident and Health.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.

· Use data insights to propose improvements to processes.

· Handle a large volume of calls promptly, understand customer needs, and efficiently resolve issues.

· Recommend enhancements for systems and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.


Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer-support role

· Must have a valid Insurance Agent License in the state of Pennsylvania

· Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in problem-solving

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay Details: 18.50 per hour
