We are seeking Irrigation Installation Technicians, in Apex, NC, to help improve our residential customers' properties by installing new sprinklers and managing the irrigation installation process.

The pay for this position is $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience. You will also be eligible for our monthly bonus program.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the entire irrigation installation process from start to finish, including operating equipment, site and soil preparation, grading, installing and programming controllers, and handling wire connections.
  • Read 811 markings, and tackle other assigned tasks with a proactive and skilled approach.
  • Represent Agape Lawn Company with professionalism and care while on-site, ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, ensuring no two days are the same
What We’re Looking For:
  • The ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • 1+ year of experience in landscaping is a plus, as well as experience operating and maintaining the equipment we use.
  • Excellent communication is key Whether you’re taking direction from a crew leader or working alongside your teammates, we value collaboration and building strong relationships with clients.
  • A basic understanding of landscaping, installation, planting procedures, and tool operations will set you up for success.
  • Comfortable working outdoors through all seasons and can lift or carry 35-80 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Consistently arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to represent Agape with a clean, professional appearance.
