Job Description

Weekend Night Shift - 5pm - 5:30am Fri - Sun. This position supports the manufacturing of electronics components in a lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Using a torque screwdriver to fasten components into place.
  • Using an arbor press to press pins into place on an assembly.
  • Working under a microscope to place and adjust small components.
  • Using tweezers to pick up, place, and manipulate small components.
  • Performing work in a laminar flow hood.
  • Possible operation of a basic test system to gather pass/fail information from assemblies.
Essential Skills
  • Attention to detail, especially with small parts.
  • Production experience, preferably in electronics.
  • ITAR compliance.
  • Experience in machine operation/testing systems.
  • Quality inspection of parts under a microscope.
  • Fine hand skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Inexperienced candidates with strong references may also be considered.

This is an electronics manufacturing facility operating in a class 10,000 cleanroom. The work environment requires wearing a light lab coat/smock, a hair net, and a face mask.
