Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician is committed to providing the highest quality of service to the communities, customers, and employees we serve by coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse.

1. Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database accordingly.
2. Coordinate and schedule the movement of equipment throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment.
3. Return faulty equipment back to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
4. Prepare and issue equipment for the Outside Operations department.
5. Prepare and ship/deliver equipment to outlying offices, as needed.
6. Operate Forklift, as needed.
7. Test, clean, and place equipment back into original packaging then return to Warehouse inventory.
8. Signing for receipt of deliveries and updating inventory systems accordingly.
9. Confirm availability of equipment by verifying inventory records and/or conducting inventory of required items.
10. Coordinate and monitor the inflow and outflow of all equipment within the warehouse.
11. Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2. Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change.
3. Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal.
4. Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches.
5. Ability to function effectively as a team player.
6. Knowledge of and the ability to comply with Company’s Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations and procedures.
7. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, as needed, to best serve our customers.

At a minimum, the Warehouse Technician must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
