Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Office Manager for a parts solution provider in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity

The ideal person for this role will be resourceful, enthusiastic and have a strong background in accounting and AP/AR, along with proven experience in compliance with financial, and HR. They will excel in managing cash flow, processing financial transactions, and generating operational reports, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and supporting team organization through effective administrative support. Experience working in a small business in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a huge plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, end-of-month closing activities, and financial reporting for third-party accountants.
  • Support supply chain functions by overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate cash-flow schedules, and processing invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, covering business operations, labor laws, HR policies, and ISO certification requirements.
  • Oversee HR functions and employee staffing, and monitor sales activities, preparing detailed financial and operational reports.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
  • Handle sensitive financial, proprietary, and operational information with the highest level of confidentiality.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong experience in AP/AR within manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency in financial tracking, billing practices, and cash-flow management, with expertise in ERP financial software and MS Office.
  • Experience with end-of-month accounting operations and financial reporting for third-party accountants.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, including local, state, and federal regulations, labor laws, HR policies, and ISO standards is huge plus.
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, with skills in scheduling, correspondence management, and record-keeping.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR functions and employee staffing, with the ability to generate financial and operational reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial, proprietary, and operational information.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
