Telephonic FNP - BC (Night shift) REMOTE

Prestige Staffing is partnering with an innovative healthcare company that prides itself on delivering relationship-driven care. Be apart of this growing telehealth team, expanding from at-work employer clinics to better serve new clients and their employees. This telehealth team is focused on using technology that allows patients to initiate care 24/7 

Schedule: Variable Shifts (40 hours per week total) with Weekend availability
Overnight shifts: 5 pm - 8 am coverage hours (shifts may be shorter)
Training: 3 -4 days in Nashville, TN (travel covered by company), 2 weeks additional training remotely
Starting Pay: $115,000 ++++++

Duties: 
  • To serve a panel of patients, providing virtual acute care and medical expertise with appropriate follow-up
  • Provide pharmacological treatment for patients including prescribing medications using electronic prescribing
  • Refer patients to specialty care with an emphasis on appropriateness and value
  • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with other providers where necessary
  • Ability and willingness to become licensed in additional states, if needed
  • Direct outbound communication to maintain engagement and utilization levels

Seeking a multistate licensed provider to join the rapidly growing telehealth team and to help refine the text-centered patient experience.
Our client's providers build patient relationships and are the trusted resource needed to improve health outcomes while minimizing time and financial impacts on patients.

  • Multistate licensure - IN, TN, GA, MI, TX, FL, SC, IL, AL, VA, KY, MO, OH, CA, PA, OK, NC, LA, AZ, UT, AR
  • A passion for helping people and patient-centric dynamism 
  • Patient centered care
  • Relationship-driven care - built on low barriers to care (convenience, responsiveness, and transparency)
  • Engagement and responsibility – initiating follow-up and maximizing continuity when possible
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license
  • 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required.
  • Experience with telemedicine and a high level of comfort with technology preferred
  • DEA license preferred
  • BLS Certified
