Travel Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
On-Call Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM on-call days; one overnight call per week and every 6th weekend (Friday-Monday)
Contract Type: Travel Assignment

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Terre Haute, IN. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cath lab procedures and be comfortable scrubbing for pacemaker and ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) insertions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab, including pacemaker and ICD insertions.
  • Scrub, circulate, and monitor patient procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with the Cath Lab team to provide optimal patient care.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take on-call responsibilities one overnight per week and every 6th weekend (Friday-Monday).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience scrubbing in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Experience with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures is a bonus but not required.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Proficiency in scrubbing for pacemaker and ICD insertions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule & Hours
  • Days: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • On-Call Days: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • On-call rotation includes one overnight shift per week and every 6th weekend (Friday-Monday).
