We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical projects with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, project management, and team supervision. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Dutiesb>

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on-site to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Oversee project scheduling and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop construction estimates and budgets using tools such as HeavyBid.

  • Utilize software such as Primavera and ProCore for effective project management and documentation.

  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards.

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Skillsb>

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and construction estimating.

  • Experience with HeavyBid for estimating costs associated with electrical projects.

  • Familiarity with construction management software including Primavera and ProCore.

  • Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on pipeline management within projects.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders in the construction process.
