Join an independently owned, physician-led organization dedicated to providing quality Pediatric care. You will benefit from a great quality of life and options for part-time or full-time scheduling with absolutely no call requirements.

Practice Setting:


  • Join a new facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, serving approximately 8,000 patients in the surrounding community
  • Spend time teaching FNPs that are working to become Peds certified
  • Onsite pharmacy, lab, and 3 dedicated exam rooms

Balanced Schedule:


  • Part-time or full-time flexible scheduling is available
  • 100% outpatient position
  • No call requirements, including phone call

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary is based on MGMA data and provider experience

    • CME and PTO included
    • Student loan repayment provided
  • Mileage reimbursement if choosing to commute

Location (California):


  • The city offers a friendly community feel, with hiking, biking, and nature trails
  • Valley Springs has three beautiful reservoirs nearby: New Hogan Lake, Lake Camanche, and Pardee Lake, for boating, fishing, and swimming
