We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Paralegal to join our team located in Anaheim, California As a Paralegal, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that include maintaining calendars, drafting motions, and working under multiple attorneys.


Responsibilities:


• Handle electronic filing (e-filing) at both state and federal levels

• Assist multiple attorneys in their daily tasks

• Engage in complex litigation, including cases related to personal injury and civil rights

• Draft motions using existing templates as a guide

• Keep track of court schedules and deadlines (calendaring)

• Familiarize with local court procedures and regulations

• Demonstrable proficiency in e-Filing

• Experience in Calendaring and managing schedules

• Ability to Draft Motions efficiently and accurately
