Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:

  • A positive, patient, and flexible personality is essential.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working quickly in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications of Restaurant Manager:

  • Two plus years of experience in high-volume full-service role
  • Bar experience required
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials
  • Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
