Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Clearwater, Idaho. This is a full-time role providing therapy services to K-12 students to help them improve communication skills and succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Therapy Services:
    Offer individualized and group therapy to K-12 students with speech and language challenges, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.

  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):
    Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs.

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:
    Work alongside teachers and support staff to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom, ensuring consistent student support across all environments.

  • Assessments and Reporting:
    Conduct speech and language evaluations, track student progress, and provide regular updates to parents and school staff regarding student development.

Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Idaho SLP License (required)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school-based setting
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
  • Passion for helping students build critical communication skills for academic and social success
