Position Overview
  • Job Title: School Psychologist
  • Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Onsite in Townsend, MA
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive pay starting at $43-$50+ per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand students' academic and psychological needs
  • Deliver direct support and counseling services to students
  • Collaborate with faculty to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide crisis intervention and develop behavior management plans
  • Partner with parents and teachers to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Work primarily with students in grades 3-5, contributing to a positive educational experience
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Licensure: Must hold current state or national certification in School Psychology
  • Experience: Previous school-based experience is preferred, though not required
  • Background Check: Must pass all necessary background screenings
