Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Level 2/Level 3 Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team in Chino, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have a passion for supporting end-users and maintaining IT infrastructure, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems, including Active Directory, Office 365, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Maintain and manage IT systems, including servers, workstations, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware and Hyper-V).
Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and assist with cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
Mentor junior technicians and create detailed documentation of processes and best practices.
Collaborate on system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and process improvements.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience: 4-5 years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 roles.
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL certifications.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows OS, networking protocols, Active Directory, Office 365, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience with WMS platforms and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and organizational abilities.
Schedule & Travel Requirements
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as needed.
Travel: Travel to facilities in Chino, Ontario, and Rialto is required.
