What will you be doing?

  • Project Management - Manage and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. 
  • Must have experience with Facilities Management at multiple locations - 20+locations
  • Budgeting and Financial Management - Collaborate with facilities director to forecast and submit budgets for approval. Monitor expenses to ensure they align with approved budget and mitigate project risks. 
  • Must be familiar with fixing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, dry-wall/paint, tile/grout and equipment repair, sheet metal, handy with tools/maintenance
  • Safety and Compliance - Actively address all site occupational health and safety concerns to reduce accidents and downtime.
  • Communication and Team Management - Regularly update the management team about significant work progress and challenges. Collaborate with the facilities director to nurture a cohesive and effective team.  

What do you bring?

  • 3+ yrs. in project and facilities management associated with the Restaurant Industry with multiple locations.
  • Proficiency with organizing resources and leading teams.
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software: Preferably SmartSheet and Google
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
  • Participate in an on call rotation for emergencies.
  • Travel from location to location
