Job Description

As an Assistant Mechanic, you’ll support technicians by preparing equipment and materials, and assist with tasks like fluid changes, preventive maintenance, and tire pressure checks. You’ll ensure construction equipment is ready for delivery, help load and unload rentals, power-wash equipment, maintain the branch’s appearance, collaborate with co-workers, and occasionally deliver equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment and materials for technicians.
  • Assist with fluid changes, preventive maintenance, and tire pressure checks.
  • Ensure construction equipment is ready for delivery.
  • Help load and unload rentals.
  • Power-wash equipment and maintain the branch’s appearance.
  • Collaborate with co-workers.
  • Occasionally deliver equipment.
