Physical Therapist

FHN Memorial Hospital is in search of a physical therapist to join their team in Freeport, IL As an independent healthcare organization located near three major cities, FHN offers a community feel and focus on work-life balance.
Location: 1045 W. Stephenson St, Freeport, IL 61032
Pay:
- Starting pay: $72,280/year (increases with experience/negotiation)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Day 1 benefits
- Tuition reimbursement
Shift: Days, 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling
Responsibilities: Implement physical therapy treatments and programs to facilitate customer's maximum functional level of independence. Physical Therapy Services may include but are not limited to: evaluation of patients, muscle strengthening and balance exercises, gait, safety awareness and endurance training, application of physical agents, neuromuscular reeducation, postural control and sensorimotor training, pain management and peripheral/vertebral mobilizations.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in PT (4 year program), Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- AED/BLS certification
- Current licensure or eligible as a PT under the Illinois Physical Therapy Act
- New grads may be considered
