LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for their construction client in the Flint area. The Senior Financial Analyst will drive the company’s financial planning and analysis activities, playing a key role in shaping strategic decisions and offering valuable insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed WIP analysis to monitor project performance and profitability
Perform job costing to track costs associated with construction projects accuarately
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial practices align with company objectives
Present financial data and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Implement and maintain financial control systems to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
5+ years' of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Proven experience in WIP analysis and job costing preferably within the construction industry
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
