Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for all employee-related concerns.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial coordination to final execution, in collaboration with the HR team.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and accuracy of employee records, including I-9 forms and other relevant documents.
• Provide assistance in the execution of performance management procedures.
• Efficiently schedule and manage all HR-related events, including meetings, interviews, and other activities.
• Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are properly followed.
• Regularly update materials used in new employee orientations.
• Oversee the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accurate verification of time cards and prompt response to payroll-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Finance department as necessary.
• Provide support to other functions as assigned.
• Assist the HR manager with various HR-related tasks as needed.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of Ceridian software
• Ability to use HRMS systems
• Experience with About Time software
• Capability to conduct Auditing
• Experience in performing Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Strong Customer Service skills
