Accounting Clerk

Our client is in the process of expanding their team in the south metro, Minnesota area and are on the lookout for an Inventory Accounting Assistant to join their growing team. This opportunity is a long-term contract position, in which the selected individual will handle a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, invoice processing, and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Handling account reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in our records.
• Efficiently processing invoices and overseeing the accounts payable and receivable.
• Utilizing software tools such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting processes.
• Conducting data entry tasks with a high level of precision.
• Providing resolution to customer inquiries and maintaining a healthy customer relationship.
• Monitoring and taking necessary actions on customer accounts.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting and record-keeping tasks.
• Participating in billing procedures to ensure all transactions are accounted for.

• Familiarity with Billing procedures is necessary
• Must have strong Data Entry capabilities
• Expertise in Invoice Processing is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Prior administrative experience
