Robert Half's Legal Division is seeking a dedicated Attorney to join one of our favorite clients in the Chicago Loop. You will be mainly handling different aspects of pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury cases, along with supervising staff members and associates.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Managing all pre-litigation and litigation processes associated with personal injury cases

• Supervising and guiding staff members and associates under your supervision

• Consistently interacting with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals both over the phone and in person

• Demonstrating high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks

• Assisting in obtaining and preparing documents for cases

• Supporting the team in delivering high-quality results through your consistent example and dedication

• Assisting with client communications and handling various demands related to cases

• Focusing on the proper workup of cases in preparation for settlement or trial

• Contributing to a team environment that encourages growth and learning.

• Hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year experience in the legal profession.
• Demonstrated expertise in Personal Injury Litigation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong focus on details and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
