Job Description

Assist in determining sizes and compositions of objects to be anodized and amounts of electrical current and time required. Adjust dials to regulate the flow of current and voltage supplied to the system in order to control anodizing processes. Remove objects from solutions at periodic intervals and observe objects to verify conformance to specifications. Examine completed objects to determine thicknesses of metal deposits, or measure thicknesses by using instruments such as micrometers and eddy current testers. Maintain production records and logs. All other duties, as assigned.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment - working with a team of 15 to 20 people in Bristol and over 50 people in Rumford. Normal 8-hour shifts.
