Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in Allen Bradley PLC Programming, ControlLogix, and machine/robot integration for a new project.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience in controls systems for integrated lines and conveyors

  • Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC Programming (ControlLogix, Logix 5000)

  • Experience with Fanuc Robotics

  • Knowledge of NFPA79 and UL508 standards

  • Working experience with hardware controls design, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform field modifications of AB ControlLogix and FactoryTalk Studio View ME

Preferred Skills:

  • BS Degree in a related field

  • Exposure to Siemens control systems

  • Previous experience at ATS or ABB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop HMI systems

  • Integrate robots with machinery

  • Perform AAM drawing reviews and machine buyoffs according to AAM Special Machines specifications

  • Troubleshoot issues on the production line using crash carts



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
