**Key Qualifications:**

- Minimum of three years of experience as a Party Chief in property line, boundary, topographic, or ALTA surveys, and construction layout.
- An Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Skilled in using Leica robotic total stations, GPS technology, and AutoCAD software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, MicroStation, and Leica data collection software.
- Ability to complete physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
