Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our small food equipment manufacturing shop. You will be responsible for TIG welding on stainless steel and assemblies for the food industry, primarily cheese manufacturers. This role includes sub-assemblies, grinding down your own welds, and polishing to a food-grade finish of 32R.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel parts and assemblies.
• Grind and polish welds to achieve a food-grade finish of 32R.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fit custom work to specifications.
• Complete sub-assemblies and ensure high-quality welds.
