We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a positive attitude to drive team success. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships within our global network of distributors.
Hard Skills- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management
- General Microsoft Office/365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of common office equipment such as copier, scanner, printer
- Positive attitude and motivation to resolve problems
- Interpersonal and relationship development abilities
- Verbal skills for clear technical explanations
- Effective and professional written communication via email
- Customer service skills with a service-minded approach
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
This is a permanent position.
