We are currently in search of a highly skilled In-House Paralegal, specializing in contracts management to join a dynamic legal department. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our company’s contracts, serving as a crucial link between our legal team and various stakeholders within our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and modifying a variety of contracts and agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts, and more, with careful attention to detail.
  2. Facilitating the contracts review process by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure contracts align with company policies and regulations.
  3. Supervising the entire lifecycle of each contract, from initiation through execution, renewal, and eventual termination.
  4. Incorporating relevant changes or amendments into contracts as necessary and coordinating approval processes.
  5. Conducting thorough risk assessments for all contracts and proposing mitigation strategies to reduce potential legal liability.
  6. Ensuring all contracts are properly stored and maintained in the company's contracts management system, with compliance to contract filing and recordkeeping requirements.
  7. Assisting in the resolution of any contractual disputes or issues that may arise.
  8. Supporting litigation including document production and corresponding with outside counsel.
  9. Supporting the legal department in any other tasks as needed, which might include legal research and due diligence.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, preference for specialization in Paralegal studies, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and its application in corporate contexts.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role with a focus on contract management.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
