Facilities Coordinator 2

We are in search of a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives, developing relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives and monitoring their performance
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facility vendors
• Assisting in the management and supervision of on-site contractors to ensure they meet required standards
• Assisting in the procurement of vendors and services as needed
• Participating in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are met
• Managing purchase orders accurately and promptly in the internal financial management platform
• Assisting with monthly accrual reports and monitoring finance trackers
• Conducting site inspections, assessments, regular audits and implementing safety and building procedures
• Assisting in the implementation of property risk management programs and industry best practice operations
• Maintaining the premises in a neat and good working condition at all times
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Following established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
• Providing support for regular management reports and projects as required
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook• Demonstrated ability in reporting and KPI reporting
• Understanding of operations and procedures within a facilities environment
• Experience with finance, specifically accrual accounting, and auditing processes
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with vendors
• Experience in performing ad hoc financial tasks
• Familiar with facility management and implementation of property-related strategies
• Proficiency in procurement processes and handling purchase orders
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders and partners
• Experience with a monitoring tool for tracking and reporting
• Knowledge in risk management and setting agreement targets
• Understanding of safety guidelines and standards in a facility environment
• Ability to demonstrate conductivity in a team setting.
