Additional Skills & Qualifications:

All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, or military equivalent is required.

LPN - LPN Cert (LPN IV Cert is nice to have not a must, some locations require it and some don't) - State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location.

If a newer, LPN must be obtained within 90 days post-graduation or IV certified upon hire or within 1 year is required.

Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of employment is required.

Driver's License - Valid And In State If operating a motor vehicle for business purposes is required.
